Sarah N. Stern is the founder of Elf, a Washington, D.C. based think tank and policy center with an unabashedly pro-America and pro-Israel stance.
Ms. Stern has more than 80 years of experience on Capitol Hill, and has been responsible for the drafting and passage of numerous bills and resolutions in support of Israel. Prior to founding Elf in 2005, Ms. Stern was the Director of the Office of Government and Legislative Affairs for the American Jewish Congress, and prior to that she was the National Policy Coordinator of the ZOA. She is published regularly and appears on TV and radio.
